We exist to glorify God by making disciples and multiplying churches.

Everything we do at Radiant is centered around this purpose. We believe the church exists not just for itself, but to impact the world for the glory of God. This mission drives our teaching, outreach, relationships, and leadership development—so that disciples of Jesus are equipped to go and multiply His church both locally and globally.

Core Values

 

The Gospel 

We believe the Gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ—His perfect life, sacrificial death, and victorious resurrection. Jesus is the only way to salvation, and through Him we are forgiven, made new, and brought into right relationship with God. The Gospel is not just the starting point of our faith—it is the center of everything we are and everything we do.

 

Biblical Authority 

We believe the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Every page points to Him, and through Scripture, we come to know Jesus more deeply. As followers of Christ, we joyfully submit our lives to the authority of God’s Word, allowing it to shape our beliefs, direct our steps, and conform us to the image of Jesus.

 

Community 

Jesus formed a new family through His life, death, and resurrection—a people united by His grace. We are called to live in authentic, Christ-centered community where we can grow in faith, carry each other’s burdens, and reflect Jesus’ love to the world. In community, we follow Jesus together.

 

Servant Leadership 

Jesus, the King of Kings, humbled Himself and became a servant. We follow His example by leading with humility, sacrifice, and love. Whether in the church, the home, or the world, servant leadership means using our influence not for personal gain but to lift others up and point them to Jesus.

 

Multiplication

Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations. We believe that His Church grows not by addition, but by multiplication—through making disciples who make disciples, training leaders, and planting new churches. Our mission is to carry the message and ministry of Jesus to every corner of the world, starting right here in Pittsburg.
